Windrider Rome and Loppiano Italy 2008

Our first annual event in Rome was a success far beyond our expectations. Once again, Peter Glenville, The Priddy Brothers and Angelus came together to catalyze the events. We were excited to have several European sponsors, such as global media company, Net One, to help with the organization and planning of this event. The Windrider event consisted of two nights of screenings at the famous “Casa del Cinema di Villa Borghese” in Rome. The first screening featured three Angelus winners  and a Q&A with the filmmakers. The second screening of To Die in Jerusalem, premiered to two sold out theatres, where audiences lingered for a 90 minute inspiring Q&A with filmmaker Hilla Medalia. Next, we took the Angelus films  to Loppiano (Tuscany) and shared the film with students from Focolare and 800 students from around the world.  Filmmakers were on hand once again for an inspiring Q&A.
